What customers say
Reviews
From earlier customers
“David's estimate was exact down to the penny and there weren't any hidden charges. … There weren't any high pressure sales techniques used and I liked the fact that the owner of the company came out to give me an estimate and supervised his own crew.”
“He came out within a week to give me an estimate and started work within a week of my agreement. … They finished the job that afternoon and cleaned up everything. I didn't have to do anything more than pay. David got the permit from the city and provided a dumpster for the trash.”
“He provided me emergency services with holes in my roof at no cost just to make sure it would make it through the storm. He was willing to work with me and my insurance company to make sure all of the proper credentials were being taken care of.”

Why homeowners choose us
Five Commitments We Put in Writing
Every roofer says they do good work. These are the specific, checkable promises that separate us from the truck that showed up in your neighborhood after the last storm.
A Written Price, Before We Start
You get an exact dollar amount in writing before any work begins. Not a range, and not an estimate that moves later. If we find deteriorated decking on an older home, that cost is identified up front as a per-sheet line item, so it is never sprung on you afterward.
You Pay Nothing Up Front
No deposit. No progress payment. We do not accept any money until the job is finished, inspected, and you have told us you are happy with it. That puts the risk on us instead of you, and very few roofers will do it.
Warranty on Both Halves of the Job
A roof has two ways to fail: the materials or the installation. Your shingles carry a Limited Lifetime manufacturer warranty. Our workmanship carries a 10-year written labor warranty from us. Both, in writing.
Insured, and We Pull the Permit
We carry general liability insurance, and will show you a current certificate on request. Ask us for it, and ask everyone else quoting your roof. We also order, post and pay for the building permit. That matters more than it sounds, because an unpermitted roof becomes your problem when you sell the house.
The Same Crew, Every Time
Our crews have fifteen years of experience behind them and it shows in the work. You are not getting whichever subcontractor was available that week.

Insurance claims
Hail Damage, Documented Properly
Most roof claims that come up short do so because the damage was never documented properly. We get on the roof, photograph what is actually there, and write it up in the same format your insurance company already works with.
Then we turn up. We meet your carrier's adjuster on the roof with that documentation in hand, and we are there for the city inspections too. We do not negotiate or settle the claim for you. In Colorado that is a licensed public adjuster's job rather than a roofer's.
